We provide the up-keep of Stoddard County's road signs. We primarily devoted 2007 to driving all the county roads and replacing all the signs that needed it. In doing so, the project cost us quite a bit of money - about $10,000 to be somewhat exact. Natural wear and tear, vandalism, theft, and accidents are just a few of the reasons why these signs need to be replaced.

However, sometimes we are not able to get to every road in our county. So, we need you to help us keep our citizens safe by reporting any road sign you may see that is down, missing, or in poor condition. Also, if you happen to see or hear of anyone vandalizing or stealing any signs, please report it to our office. Your name and any information we receive will remain confidential to the public.
